PCC Supervisor – air flushing & air bowling utilities

Handover systems identifications and Precommissioning/ Commissioning and Handover procedures elaboration

Precommissioning (Site pre-start-up activities, Conformity checks and Static tests execution)

Commissioning (Dynamic tests execution)

Actual start-up for the Utilities, then for the Process sections as required

Interfacing with construction, handover completion monitoring to reach the acceptance of the Facilities by the Clients.

 
PCC Supervisor  offsite

Responsible for Precommissionning & Commissionning activities for Utilities & Offsites areas.

He is assisted,in particular,by a General Superintendent & Senior Construction Engineer and Discipline Superintendents.

Instrument Loop Check Leader

Coordination of loop check activities (loop checking : check if transmitter  is connected to regulator and if regulator is well joined to the right gate) .Organizing loop check team and set up in listing of loop to be received. Definition of loop check workfront in coordination with instrument construction group Organizing problems troubleshooting either with construction team or with System engineers or vendors.

Instrument Functional Test Engineer

In charge of the follow up of the good pre-commisioning, commissioning and start up activities related to instrumentation on the project. In charge of the technical validation of the Project components site tests. He liaises with the construction/erection subcontractor for the execution of these static and dynamic tests.

PCC Telecom Supervisor

Experience with industrial Telecommunication Systems: Telephone, CCTV, Radio systems and installations and the related testing and commissioning activities.

Analysis / fault identification on equipment / Network alarms.

Experience with Fibre-Optical Data Transmission installations and systems / patch panels and the related testing- and commissioning activities;

Experience in writing of the relevant Commissioning- and Start-up Test Procedures.

Deputy Commissionning Manager
The PC&C Deputy Manager is responsible with the PC&C Manager for all PC&C activities on his/her Project, to bring the Project Facilities from a status of “End of Construction” to a condition of “fully commissioned/ tested and ready for Client Acceptance/ Handover”.

He/She must ensure that all PC&C activities are performed in accordance with the contractual requirements, -ie HSE rules, allocated budgets, contractual schedule and in line with TECHNIP PC&C execution methodology

He/She reports to the PC&C manager and Project Director/ Site Manager

Construction Manager/Engineer

Responsible for  the construction activities in the framework of assigned project, in order to ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of delays, costs and quality and in compliance with  the QHSE regulations. 

Define  the budget dedicated to construction activities and check the costs

Prepare  the work execution plan and ensure his implementation

Supervise  the work carried out by Project construction team

Supervise the sub-contracted construction works and evaluate the subcontractors

Ensure the relationship with  with the client, partners and local authorities

Monitor the progress of works and compliance with deadlines, issue  periodical reports

Monitor the quality and security of work

Check the availability of assets and equipment

Ensure the Design verification in particular for the feasibility & constructability aspects

Supervise the functional tests and prepare the report for the client and the certificates

Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent/Supervisor

Ensure the support in  the start up stages as well as the elimination of  anomalies

Control  the work carried out and ensure the full compliance with operating conditions and QHSE procedures and standards

Provide the check calculations of the voltages allowed on the lines

Prepare  diagrams and descriptions of the ELE/SMI systems

Participate in the start up of the plants

Partecipate in preparation of operating manuals for the client

Make  measurements of the unit assembled

Update  the drawings, specifications ...

Ensure the relationship with  with the client’s representative or subcontactors for the problems regarding the ELE/SMI   installations

Partecipate in the final inspection and plant start-up activities

Ensure the supervision of loop test activity

Piping Superintendent/Supervisor

Responsible for the organisation, planning , coordinationand supervision of pipeline installation works on site in order to ensure the cost effective performance and  in compliance with  the QHSE regulations.

Partecipate in the definition of the construction works execution plan

Ensure the coordination of interdisciplinary field works on a site

Supervise the construction and assembly work, coordinate and control the construction team

Supervise the sub-contracted construction works

Control  the work carried out and ensure the full compliance with operating conditions and QHSE procedures and  standards

Optimise the use of materials an manpower and provide the availability of equipments

Ensure the relationship with  with the client’s representative or subcontactors for the problems solving

Ensure the correct implementation of construction activities in compliance with the QHSE standards and requirements.

Partecipate in the preparation of periodical reports, provide the work measurement for the work progress report

Mechanical Superintendent/Supervisor

Responsible for the organisation, planning , coordinationand supervision of the mechanical construction and assembly work in order to ensure the cost effective performance and  in compliance with  the QHSE regulations

Define and implement the detailed operating programmes for the execution of works  

Supervise the construction and assembly work, coordinate and control the construction team

Supervise the sub-contracted construction works

Provide the technical and administrative documentation of expendable and assembly material

Assists with the hand-over of completed works

Ensure the respect of the project specifications and application of client’s procedures  

Ensure the relationship with  with the client’s representative or subcontactors for the problems solving

Ensure the correct implementation of construction activities in compliance with the QHSE standards and requirements

Partecipate in the preparation of periodical reports, provide the work measurement for the work progress report
